Centurion Asset Management Inc’s Marketing Team has been shortlisted in the ‘Best In-House Team’ category at the Global Social Media Awards and they couldn’t be more excited!

Their small, yet dynamic in-house marketing team plays an integral role in supporting all lines of business and delivering impactful results that contribute to the overall success of the organization. They act as a strategic partner to various departments, including Operations, Leasing, Investment Sales, and Human Resources, to name a few. Their agility and adaptability allow them to swiftly respond to changing market dynamics, ensuring their strategies remain relevant and effective, consistently exceeding industry benchmarks.

Collaboration has been key to their team’s success. They work closely with cross-functional teams, external partners, and local experts to align their efforts with organizational goals. This collaborative approach enhances the impact of their initiatives and fosters innovation within the organization. From increasing brand recognition to enhancing lead generation and conversion rates, their team’s passion and dedication drives their success. They consistently deliver measurable results that positively impact the organization’s performance.

Some of their team achievements from the past year:

Leasing and Operations: Boosted brand visibility and lead generation with year-long targeted leasing campaigns, contributing towards the overall portfolio occupancy of 95% and launched dedicated French-language social media channels for their Quebec-based properties, resulting in an engagement rate 3x higher than industry average.

Human Resources: Partnered with HR to develop a comprehensive employer brand strategy, incorporating impactful video and social media content. They created a custom photo and video library showcasing real employees, helping strengthen employee brand affinity and attract top talent. This resulted in a 214% increase in website views for ‘current opportunities’ and a 10.51% job posting click-through rate, outperforming industry benchmarks.

Investment Sales: Developed tailored marketing collateral and hosted impactful events, resulting in increased advisor interest, attendance and a YoY increase in new capital raised. Their efforts also saw a 23% lift in investment queries from their website over the previous year, and 179% increase in advisor presentation downloads.

“I’m immensely proud of our marketing team’s dedication, creativity, and commitment to excellence.” commented Karen Bannister, Vice President of Marketing. “This nomination for ‘Best In-House Team’ is a reflection our collaborative spirit and innovative approach that drive our success.
